Duck Feather

Restoring, refitting, modifying, and converting a 1970, 11' 4" 'Aluminum Boats & Canoes' (AB&CI) rowing skiff as a working duck boat for marsh work in the north.

This refitting, as well as water fowling itself, and everything that is connected to it, reflects my participation in an enduring pattern...a habit of life and mind, whose origins are lost, but that I share with my forebears, similar in geography and circumstance, done in community, and for community.
